1. Service area
Lady Techy only provides in-person support in Reading, Berkshire, UK. I do not travel outside Reading or offer remote help.
2. Pricing & payment
£50 for the first hour, £35 for each additional hour (or part thereof). Payment by cash, bank transfer, or card on the day.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations are free with at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours = full charge. No refunds for completed visits.
4. Liability
I am not responsible for any damage to devices or loss of data under any circumstances. Please keep your own backups.
